Being a science services promotor for more than 20 years, you begin to notice what makes for good outreach. Not everything is ‘scientific’; some things come from your gut. Here at Sales-Link Inc. we’ve done a few 100 webinar invitations and learn a few lessons along the way.
I want to share with you how best to ensure good participation at your webinars:
1. Select a topic that you know is a pain point in the industry. Something tangible that needs a solution.
2. Pick the speaker that can talk best about theory, industry best practices, and has the facts about why, what you are proposing, will work.
3. Practice, practice, practice!
4. Do Social Media, Email Campaigns and Call Center Outreach (Hat Trick of Outreach)
Do you have a large validated database of contacts & emails such as PharmaBDI?
Use a mixture of media Campaigns:
Plain Text Message - set the stage that somethings coming soon
.HTML Message - put a marketing spin on it
.Plain Text Followup - a personal touch
.LinkedIn Reminder - last reminder; ding ding
